【日本在住のお客様】
- ご注文の商品は、日本国内の倉庫より、ご自宅へ発送いたします。
- ご注文およびご入金の確認後、通常1週間以内に「ゆうパック」「レターパック」「ゆうパケット」のいずれかで発送いたします。
- 配送料は以下の通りです。
・本州・四国・九州：1,000円（税別）
・沖縄・北海道：1,200円（税別） - 合計25000円（税込）以上のご購入で、配送料は無料となります。
- 20,000円でオリジナル巾着を同封しています
※サイズにより配送方法が変わる場合がございます。
※当店では環境負荷を減らすため、地球にやさしい簡易包装でお届けしております。
- キャンセルについて
配送前であれば、ご注文のキャンセルを承ります。キャンセルをご希望の際は、お手数ですが当サイトのお問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。受注商品のキャンセルはできませんのでご了承ください。 - 返品・交換について
発送後の商品につきましては、以下の場合のみ返品・交換をお受けいたします。
- 商品に不良があった場合
- ご注文の商品と異なる場合
返品・交換のご連絡は、商品到着後7日以内にお願いいたします。
- お客様都合のキャンセル・返品について
基本的に、お客様のご都合によるキャンセル・返品はお受けしておりません。あらかじめご了承ください。 - キャンセル・返品・交換をお受けできない場合
以下の場合は、いかなる理由でもキャンセル・返品・交換をお受けできません。
- 一度ご使用になられた商品
- 商品到着後7日以上経過した商品
- 送料について
- 商品に欠陥がある場合や誤配送の場合の返品・交換にかかる送料は当社が負担いたします。
- お客様のご都合による交換の場合、送料はお客様のご負担となります。
- 未使用品のサイズ交換について
未使用品で在庫がある場合に限り、サイズ交換を承ります。サイズ交換にかかる送料はお客様のご負担となります。

【Cancellation and Return Policy】
• You may cancel your order before shipment. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via the inquiry form on our website.
• Cancellations after delivery will only be accepted if the delivered product is defective or differs from your order. (This applies only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.)
• Please note that we generally do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer preferences.
• Regardless of the above, the following items cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged:
• Products that have been used
• Products that have exceeded 7 days since delivery
• If the product has a clear defect or if the wrong product was delivered, we will cover the return shipping cost.
• In cases of exchanges due to customer preferences, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
✴︎ Size exchanges for unused items at customer request
• Exchanges are possible only if the requested item is in stock. However, the shipping costs for the exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.
